Returns

We are happy to refund or exchange any item you are not completely happy with if you return it to us within 14 days of the item being delivered to your nominated address. We will issue  a full refund (excluding original delivery  charge) on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size /colour if preferred.

Please return items in original condition, unused, in their original packaging, with garment tags still attached.

Where promotional discounts are applied to orders, in the event of a return , You will not be refunded the discounted proportion.

You can return items by post or to our store within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note items must be returned within this time- frame and be in a saleable condition. This means returning the item(s) to us in its original condition, unused, in its original packaging with garments tags still attached.
Once we have received the item(s) a refund will be issued to your credit/debit card. This will appear on your account within five to ten working days depending on your card issuer.
